HES, Inc started out in 1995 serving Somerset County. As our network and reputation started to grow, we expanded into the surrounding counties of Middlesex, Morris, Union, Hunterdon and Mercer. We are now at the point where we are looking for area managers who can cultivate and build the network in these counties. This is not the typical employer-employee relationship we are looking to fulfill. We are interested in individuals looking to be in business for themselves, but not by themselves. By becoming an Independent Business Owner (IBO) and managing a secured territory for HES, you will enjoy the benefits of owning your own business without taking the great risk of being in business by yourself.

In Phase 1 of our expansion, we are looking for individuals who live in the following counties to become area managers:

• Hunterdon
• Mercer
• Middlesex
• Morris
• Union

There will only be 1 area manager per county. We have started the process of interviewing candidates and are planning to make the final decisions shortly. We provide the guidelines and training and are with you every step of the way. This is a partnership and we will be very selective with the candidates we choose. The individuals we are looking for should be highly motivated and personable, managerial experience is a plus but not a requirement.
